In sending this deposit to BritishMists Siamese Cattery,
I agree to the following:

_____ I have read the KITTEN CONTRACT and will sign it at kitten pick-up or prior to shipping.

_____ I understand that this policy is in place to ensure that the buyer is committed BEFORE
         reserving a kitten and sending money.
         I understand that my deposit can be transferred to a different kitten in the same
         or another litter,

         BUT WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.          I understand that this policy is in place to ensure that the buyer is committed BEFORE
         sending money.

_____ I understand that if a kitten does not become available to me within one year, my deposit
         will be refunded, or I can extend the deposit time. There is NO refund of deposit if
         you choose not to take the kitten offered.

_____ I understand that if I am paying the balance when picking up my kitten in person, I must
         pay the balance IN CASH ONLY. If paying the balance with either certified check, or
         money order, I will send payment 10 business days prior to picking up my kitten.
         NO EXCEPTIONS.

_____ I understand that as the buyer, I am responsible for bringing a pet carrier and a cooler to
         carry frozen food in, on the way home.
           Kitten(s) will NOT leave my house without using a carrier. Cardboard carriers are
         available from me at my cost of $5.

_____ If I am having my kitten shipped, my balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to
shipping. I must sign and return the kitten contract to Alease prior to making shipping
arrangements. I am responsible for ALL shipping costs to include:

• Health Certificate & Required Fees From DVM

• Transportation Fee (Based on Shipping Airport)

• Airline Shipping Fare & Shipping Kennel

_____ I understand that the kitten available to me for purchase is at the discretion of the seller.
         A similar kitten may be substituted if the original kitten becomes unavailable. I also
         understand that this is only appropriate if the replacement kitten is of the same color and
         gender that I originally requested.
