My focus is to breed high quality Siamese Kittens with excellent temperaments and lots of personality. That means my goal is quality not quantity. I only have a few litters a year and breed more as a hobby than a business. With veterinarian fees quickly approaching $200 per kitten, the cost of food, and other necessities, there is little if any profit made from my litters. I do this for the love of the Siamese breed and to share the special bond these wonderful cats have with people.
All kittens are born and raised indoors…in our home. They are not outside in a caged Cattery. This gives us hands on access to our kittens and their parents at all times. Yes,our Mothers and Fathers are inside living with us…always. In this way, we are giving kittens the best socialization possible before they go to their new homes. They are exposed to all the common household noises, and some uncommon ones, from birth which I think is important in the development of their temperaments. Kittens are not only handled by myself and my husband…but my children too. This way the kitties get used to little hands also. My children are taught to hold the highest respect not only for our Siamese family members, but for all animals in general. I think that's important if you are thinking of purchasing a kitten from me and you have children.
Once our kittens are old enough to run around, they live underfoot like the rest of our Siamese. This way, they know what being a part of a family is really like. We have our kings and their queens around so the kittens have an extended family giving them loving care and lots of opportunity for some Siamese play time. I think this is beneficial to them that they can also get along with other cats. They are very much loved and spoiled rotten before going to future loving homes. I try my best to select families that will keep our kittens forever and love them the way that I do. Our adults are part of our family and live with us. If I feel one of my retired females needs more one on one attention than I can give her here in my cattery, I may place her with a great family. I am even more particular about placing my retirees as they have my heart. We do not sell off our retired breeders like most catteries do. It is like giving away one of our children and I only do this to better their lives.
Our kittens are ready to go home with you only needing the addition of your love. They are fully vaccinated, de-wormed, and come with full health & temperament guarantees. You will receive proof of vaccination, along with a health/temperament guarantee when they go with you to become part of their new family. My kittens are raised with Vet supervision.
